We usually reply within 2–3 working days. There is no contact form, because a form would mean sending your details to a server — which is the one thing this site is built not to do.
What we can help with
A size that looks wrong
The single most useful message we receive. If a preset does not match your notification, tell us — and if you can, include the PDF link and the page number. That is what moves a preset from unverified to verified.
An exam we do not cover
Send the exam name and the upload specification from its notification, and we will add a preset for it.
A file a portal rejected
Tell us the exam, the dimensions and size you produced, and what the portal said. Rejections usually point at a wrong preset, which helps everyone applying for that exam.
Something broken
Include your browser and device. Anything odd about the editor, the download, or a page that will not load.
A feature idea
Particularly around signatures, cropping, or exam requirements we do not handle yet.
Translation fixes
The Tamil and Hindi wording can always be better. Corrections from people who actually use those languages are very welcome.
Reporting a wrong size
This site's whole premise is that published exam size charts contradict each other and nobody says where their numbers came from. A correction with a source attached is worth more to us than almost anything else. The most useful message looks like this:

With that we can check the document ourselves, correct the preset, and mark it verified with the date and the link shown publicly on the page. Without a source we can still note that sources disagree — but we will not quietly swap one unverified number for another.
Please do not send us your documents
The tool runs entirely inside your browser precisely so that your documents stay with you. Emailing them would undo that. To describe a problem, a plain description of the sizes involved is enough.

PixFit is not a government service and is not affiliated with SSC, UPSC, IBPS, NTA, any State Public Service Commission, any High Court or any recruitment board. We cannot help with your application status, admit card, result, fee payment or any query about the examination itself. Those go to the recruiting body — every exam page here links to the right one.
