Custom size resizer

Any dimensions, any KB band, any DPI. Use this when your exam is not listed, or when a notification changes the numbers before this site catches up.

How it works

Exam-ready photo and signature in three steps. No editing skills, no software, no upload.

1

Pick your exam

Choose from 129 presets. 35 have been checked against the official notification; every other page says it has not. Pixels, KB band and DPI load with the preset. Not listed? Type your own numbers.

2

Upload and adjust

Drag to position your face, pinch or scroll to zoom. Signatures get one-slider background clean-up. Add your name and the date if the board wants them printed on the photo.

3

Check and download

You get exact dimensions, a file inside the KB band, correct DPI — and a pre-flight report on blur, background and face position before you upload anything.

Questions

How do I resize an image to an exact KB size?
Set the minimum and maximum KB. The tool searches JPEG quality levels for the highest one that still fits under your ceiling, then — if the result lands under your floor — appends blank JPEG comment data to lift it over. Comment segments are skipped by every decoder, so the picture is untouched.
Can I set the DPI?
Yes. The value you enter is written into the JFIF density field for JPEG, or a pHYs chunk for PNG. Browsers otherwise write 96 DPI, which some portals reject.
Can I make the file bigger instead of smaller?
Yes. That is what the minimum size does — it is a common requirement and a common reason for rejection.
