How do I make a PDF under 200 KB?

Add your images, set the maximum KB, and the tool searches JPEG quality levels until the whole PDF fits under it. Pages are embedded as JPEGs, so the PDF size is essentially the sum of its pages — which is what makes a target reachable rather than guesswork.

Can I combine several photos into one PDF?

Yes. Add as many as you like and reorder them with the arrows — each becomes a page in that order. This is what most document-verification uploads want.

Is my document uploaded anywhere?

No. The PDF is assembled in your browser. There is no upload endpoint, and the Content-Security-Policy blocks the page from sending data anywhere.

Which page size should I pick?

A4 for anything that might be printed — certificates, declarations. "Page fits the image" when the portal only cares about the file and you want no white margins.
