Photograph: JPG, 30–100 KB, recommended 320 × 400 px, aspect ratio 4:5 (width:height), DPI 72–150. Signature: JPG, 20–100 KB, recommended 300 × 120 px, aspect ratio 5:2, DPI 72–150. The stored pixels and KB bands already matched. This file is written at 150 DPI, the top of that range, because 200 DPI is outside it. The portal user manual dated 1 February 2026 (page 20) still says the signature maximum is 50 KB and calls the photograph aspect “5:4 (portrait)”. The July notification is the later document. A signature between 50 and 100 KB matches the notification and not that manual.

Does a file that matches this list get accepted?
No. The list is the bands that were checked. A blurred photograph, a background the notice did not ask for, or a signature in the wrong hand can still be refused. Make the file in the resizer, then compare it with your own notice.
