Published sizes disagreed. We checked the notification.Resolved against the bulletin. The JEE Main 2026 Information Bulletin (page 10) states the photograph as 10 to 200 KB and the signature as 10 to 100 KB, both JPG/JPEG. The 300 KB ceiling published elsewhere is not in it. NTA prints no pixel dimension anywhere in the document, so any pixel size you see quoted for JEE — including ours — is somebody's conversion, not a rule.

Does a file that matches this list get accepted?
No. The list is the bands that were checked. A blurred photograph, a background the notice did not ask for, or a signature in the wrong hand can still be refused. Make the file in the resizer, then compare it with your own notice.
