Questions

How do I make a photo exactly 4–30 KB?
Set the band and the tool searches JPEG quality levels for the highest one that still fits under 30 KB. If the result lands below 4 KB it appends blank JPEG comment data to lift it over the floor, which decoders ignore — so the picture itself is never altered.
My file is under 4 KB. Is that a problem?
Yes, if your portal states 4 KB as a minimum. Files under the floor are rejected exactly like oversized ones, and compressing harder only makes it worse.
Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser. There is no upload endpoint, no account and no watermark.
