Published sizes disagreed. We checked the notification.Resolved against RRB’s own FAQ for CEN 06/2025, published alongside the notification. There is no photograph upload at all — the portal captures a live photograph through your webcam or phone camera, and it states that uploading a pre-existing photo is not permitted. The signature is 30 to 49 KB, minimum 140 × 60 px, signed inside a 35 × 20 mm box. Note the ceiling is 49 KB, not 50: charts listing 30–70 KB put you over it. The CEN itself is a scanned image with no text layer, so the citation is to the FAQ, which quotes the CEN paragraph.
