Published sizes disagreed. We checked the notification.Resolved against the BPSC online user manual, step 6 (page 12). The photograph is a live webcam capture; the manual states no pixel size and no file size for it. Hindi and English signatures are separate uploads, each under 20 KB, width 150–220 px and height 250–320 px. 200 × 280 sits inside that range, and the file stops at 19 KB so it stays under 20. The old 220 × 100 px signature is outside the stated height.

How it works

Exam-ready photo and signature in three steps. No editing skills, no software, no upload.

1

Pick your exam

Choose from 129 presets. 35 have been checked against the official notification; every other page says it has not. Pixels, KB band and DPI load with the preset. Not listed? Type your own numbers.

2

Upload and adjust

Drag to position your face, pinch or scroll to zoom. Signatures get one-slider background clean-up. Add your name and the date if the board wants them printed on the photo.

3

Check and download

You get exact dimensions, a file inside the KB band, correct DPI — and a pre-flight report on blur, background and face position before you upload anything.

Questions

What photo size is required for BPSC?
BPSC captures the photograph from the webcam and states no pixel size and no file size for it. Prepare two signatures, one in Hindi and one in English. Each must be under 20 KB, 150–220 px wide and 250–320 px tall. 200 × 280 sits inside that range, and the file stops at 19 KB so it stays under 20.
Is there a minimum file size for BPSC?
No. Bihar PSC states a ceiling of 19 KB and no minimum. A smaller file is not rejected for being small, and this tool does not pad one up to a floor the notice does not set.
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. The resizing runs inside your browser using the standard canvas API. Nothing is sent to a server, there is no account, and the page keeps working offline once loaded.
Can I set the DPI?
Yes, and it defaults to 200 DPI here. Browsers write 96 DPI into canvas JPEGs, and some portals read that field and reject the file even when the pixel dimensions are correct. The value is written into the JFIF header of the file you download.
Why do other sites list a different size for BPSC?
Resolved against the BPSC online user manual, step 6 (page 12). We would rather show you the disagreement than pick one and sound certain.
